Shipping Protection & Voluntary Tip Policy

At Petlunae, we believe optional checkout services should always be clearly explained and fully controlled by the customer. Depending on the order, you may see options for Shipping Protection or a voluntary Tip during checkout.

Neither option is required in order to place an order with us.

3. Changing Your Mind

If you accidentally added Shipping Protection or a Tip, or simply decide that you no longer want the optional service, you may contact us to request a refund of the applicable voluntary charge.

Where eligible, the amount paid for the optional service will be refunded in full.

A request may still be submitted after the main order has entered processing or shipment. Refunding an optional service does not automatically cancel the products included in your order.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
